Final Poster Presentations

Weekly Progress Meetings

Weekly undergraduate meetings are held once a week on Friday at 2:30 4:30 pm in BH 3551. Working groups will be assigned to make presentations every other week. Each student team will be assigned to a particular week and will be given 15 minutes to discuss their project, including a brief 3-5 minute update on their project with at least 4 powerpoint slides.

The typical presentation would have a project overview slide, an outline of the overall project/timeline that identifies the current status of work completed, a summary of the work of the preceding two weeks, and a slide that includes next steps, open issues and nagging questions.

Summer @ CENS

A National Science Foundation REU Site

CENS encourages undergraduates to become involved in CENS, particularly through our summer undergraduate research experience. The eight-week annual summer program provides undergraduates the opportunity to gain hands-on research experience in CENS labs; to work with CENS faculty, staff, and graduate students; and to participate in research, professional development, and social activities with other CENS undergraduate scholars.
